I am elaborating a company plan. rather call a plan of businesses, and between a the connections that Jesus Lopez recomienta “plan of companies, soles”… and is helpful.
but my problem is to be able to define and to identify several aspects, among them but the valuable ones:
1- Strategy: characteristic to identify a strategy.
2- tactics: characteristic .....
3- When one becomes to Operation: carcteristicas….
4- Strategic indicator: characteristic…
5- Action: characteristic
6- to differentiate between Objective - Meta
7- To differentiate Objective - Vision.
It is necessary to be able to comment these points with my companions to be all in the same syntony, and to be able to carry out the plan of businesses.

3. When one becomes to operations ?
4. Strategic indicator ? (To that you talk about with these two)
5. Action: I suppose that it will be the operative plan for the beginning but I need to know as is the origin of the question to confirm it.
6 and 7. Mission and Vision: In order to define the mission of your company you have to define the necessity of your client since this the one that the mark and the one that when determines it satisfies its necessity by means of the purchase with your products or services.
The vision is an external element to your company and it locates it in the market by that you compete, would be the position wished in the future next…

hello Jesus…
let us happen to step 4, Indicating Strategist, within a project or of a strategy, as I can identify it? that elements or characteristic must fulfill for knowing if is an indicator? ej. tiempo, alcance, ejecucion, que defina cada uno de estos y mas elementos.
estoy practicamente desmenusando parte por parte
aprovechando… ademas de las definiciones que busco, mi prioridad es poder hacer un anteproyecto, busco los elementos que deben contener, ya los defini, son 5, pero busco el desglose de cada uno:
1 hipotesis… busco los elementos que debe de contener exactamente para el proyecto
2 matematica/calculo… aqui sí aplicar la parte matematica de la hipotesis y de mas cosas necesarias
3 compliance… todos los requisitos necesario,legales, contables, documentacion etc.
4 operatividad, meramente el plan para llevar a cabo la operacion, como una guia de planeacion para ejecutarla
5 Estadisticas.. esto seria parte de la investigacion.
ademas del Chartes del proyecto
practicamente me gustaria hacer mi propio manual y mis politicas que debe de contener mi anteproyecto.
como la vez? pido mucho?
pero seria ideal poder encontrar en la WEB sitios de gran ayuda.
