Dicen que las mujeres gestionan su tiempo mucho mejor que los hombres…probablemente sea cierto…pero lo que si es cierto es que a veces sus jornadas laborales son mucho más atléticas de lo que a ellas mismas les podría parecer. They say that women manage their time much better than men is probably true…… but what if it is true is that sometimes their workdays are much more athletic of what they themselves might seem.

En In bebes y mas and more babies me encuentro este interesante artículo que nos habla sobre cuatro principios básicos para aprovechar el tiempo: I find this interesting article that tells us about four basic principles to use the time:

• Clasificar y Organizar Sistemáticamente las distintas tareas y responsabilidades ; de este modo no perderás el tiempo pensando en cómo vas a hacer todo lo que tienes que hacer. Sort and organize systematically the various tasks and responsibilities, thus not wasting time thinking about how you're going to do everything you have to do.

• Separar las cosas importantes de las triviales y dedicarse sólo a las primeras. Separating the important things of the trivial and engage only in the first.

• Encargarse de tareas que tan sólo tú puedes llevar a cabo y delegar todas aquellas que se puedan delegar . Running tasks that only you can carry out and delegate all those that can be delegated.

• Confeccionar a diario una lista con todo lo que tengas que hacer . Establish a daily list with everything you need to do. Añade a tu agenda lo que quedó por hacer de la lista del día anterior. Add to your schedule remains to be done from the list the previous day.
