So that as much and others so little… so that they guess right so many times and others so few… as are the reason that an industralist is more successful than others… ?

Well, the answer is not nothing simple… but in my opinion and by my own experience I will try to respond it…

Then, Which are the characteristics of the industralist successfully?

• Passion by its business: I have read in some magazine of health that the profiles of winning people maintain a characteristic in common, great amount of serotonin (guilty to fortify our optimism) and testosterone (guilty of our desire to compete). In which to this post one talks about, we could say that these two characteristics are those that force an industralist to try to be the best one in their branch, fastest, most ambitious… really, the one that undertakes its work with all the passion of the world and all its force… for that reason the first characteristic that I understand necessary for a success industralist it is the passion reason why does, even, almost, to be without sense. 
• Tenacity: f. Firmness, obstinacy and certainty to fulfill an objective: its tenacity has provided him a great success in its profession. The failure is an element with which the industralist has to play, has to mark the time gain the victory, “is necessary to fail frequently to be single successful once…” Nevertheless each failure is a step to obtain the noticeable objectives more… If you do not understand this, if you do not think of this form, if in your thinking there is something different… simply you do not try to be industralist, you save many problems…  
• Confidence: If you are not able to think that you can do what you set out, you are not industralist… but truely you think that you can obtain it what you set out without knowing the market, then you are not an industralist you are vehement… industralists of success have the confidence to obtain its objectives, but behind that confidence one hides so many slips and tenacity that would scare to the most put… what it has taken to an exhaustive knowledge of the market, is expert…
• Self-determination: The self-motivation and the self-determination are success signals, because the industralist acts by own will. Victims of the destiny never must consider themselves. The true industralist is convincing that his success or its failure they depend on his own actions. A person who thinks that the economy, the external luck, or other factors are those that determine the success, is probable that it does not prevail like industralist.
• Creativity and vision of set: The imagination is one of the distinguishing characteristics of industralists and one of the reasons for which they achieve the success in his businesses. Tienen la capacidad de detectar oportunidades que la mayoría de las personas no ven y además captan los distintos escenarios y circunstancias alternativas.
• Iniciativa y perfeccionamiento: Una cualidad distintiva de los empresarios que logran éxito en sus negocios, es que tienen empuje y dinamismo para actuar, llevando a la práctica sus ideas. Muchas personas pueden tener buenas ideas, pero si estas no se convierten en acción es imposible lograr los propósitos.
  Un buen empresario también demanda calidad y eficiencia. Se esfuerza por hacer las cosas mejor, más rápido y lo más conveniente. Trata de alcanzar y sobrepasar los estándares de calidad.
• La motivación: Los empresarios no solamente están guiados por el afán de ganar dinero. Existen otros factores de motivación que son tan importantes como la obtención de ganancias. Algunos de los más relevantes pueden ser:

  • Realizar una actividad que le permita emplear sus capacidades y talentos personales.

  • Disponer de su vida con mayor independencia.

  • Construir algo para la familia.

  • Encontrar satisfacción enfrentando riesgos y desafíos.

  • Vivir como y donde uno elija.
