Partiendo de esta definición podemos suponer que estrategia comercial serían los principios y rutas fundamentales que nos orientarán en el proceso administrativo con el objetivo de alcanzar nuestros objetivos comerciales… Based on this definition, we can assume that business strategy would be the fundamental principles and routes that will guide us in the administrative process with the aim of achieving our business objectives…

Lo único que talvez cambiaría seria la parte de “proceso administrativo”, porque mientras la estrategia corporativa establece el camino para toda la organización, la estrategia comercial deriva de la estrategia corporativa y establece el camino para el equipo comercial. The only thing that would change would be maybe the "administrative process" because while the corporate strategy provides the path for the entire organization, business strategy derived from the corporate strategy and sets the stage for the sales team.

Hola Jesus, con referencia al concepto de estrategia, yo creo que está bien definido, pero si hablamos de estrategia comercial yo creo que la podemos definir como el conjunto de actividades a realizar para llegar a nuestros objetivos comerciales utilizando las diferentes variables del marketing. estoy de acuerdo en un 100% con la definicion y la aclaracion sin embargo es el camino la ruta o la utilizacion de las variables como las quieran llamar, perocual es ese camino como interpreto las 4P del maketing habra muchas personas que lo querran saber, solo mi modesta sugerencia no seamos obvios no todos saben o sabemos lo que queremos decir. I agree 100% with the definition and clarification however is the way the path or use of variables such as wanting to call, perocual that is the way I interpret as 4P's maketing habra many people who will want to know, just my humble suggestion not be obvious not everybody knows or knows what we mean.
