Las reuniones son extremadamente importantes para fortalecer la comunicación interna en la empresa y como tales se las ha de utilizar. Estas deben ser planificadas, establecidas e implantadas con el objetivo de solventar problemas,  intercambiar información, para motivar, para coordinar proyectos o como sistema de toma de decisiones trascendentes.
