  5. It fulfills your word: We always must give the client which truely we are offering.
    If some problem arises and this is not possible is better than we give an explanation them although us they have not requested it.
  6. Next to the telephone which needs to you: He is very annoying for the client and gives to disorganization impression the fact to be interrupting the conversation to go to look for certain information.
  7. Listening: Listening the client we will discover its necessities of purchase and we will be able to advise to him better.
  8. It knows: When better we know our products, better we will be able to inform to our clients and but easy it turned out to sell them. An suitable knowledge of the product transmits confidence and credibility to the client.
  9. It writes down: It makes annotations when you speak with a client, supplier or when you make some consultation. It is a way to avoid forgetfulnesses and confusions.
  10. It files: It uses cards of control of your clients or people who have asked for you information.
