Los diez pecados: The ten sins:

1. El jefe no decide, no manda The boss does not decide, does not require
2. El jefe manda, pero no lidera (el jefe, para ser líder, tiene que ser cómplice). The head sends, but no leads (the head, to be a leader, you have to be an accomplice).
