6 Principles for the victory according to Napoleón

To really be successful in everything what you always set out is question of ends. To be the best one in something you must be most able, most tenacious, but… always you must be the plus… but as much for the good thing as for the bad thing. They do not exist intermediate!

Napoleón was during long time one of the best strategists in the field of the battle which took to obtain thousands to him of victories. So that? Napoleón was a born strategist. It ate, it drank, it dreamed about the strategy which took to develop six principles to him that guided it towards the victory.

Jerry Manus in its book Napoleón on Project Management it does a summary to us of such:

  1. Exactitude: conscience, investigation and continuous planning
  2. Speed: to reduce the resistance, to increase the urgency and to be centered in a center of results.
  3. Flexibility: to construct flexible equipment, enabled and unified.
  4. Simplicity: clarity, with simple objectives in the messages and processes.
  5. Character: Integrity, tranquillity and responsibility.
  6. Moral: To have an aim, intention, recognition and you compensate.
