Si tu esfuerzos por lograr los objetivos personales marcados, aparte de conseguirlos, los compartes y haces participes a la gente que te rodea, a la vez que haces un poco tuyos sus objetivos, ya estas obtando por ese “titulo” que no tienes. Hace un tiempo aprendí que para ser un líder primero uno debe haber sido un buen seguidor. Some time ago I learned that to be a leader one must first be a good follower. Sólo alguien que ha sido un buen seguidor podrá ser un buen líder ya que entenderá cuales son aquellas cosas que pueden afectar terriblemente o motiviar de manera estupenda a sus seguidores para que logren sus objetivos en función a metas trazadas y aumenten su capacidad.
