De la gestión del tiempo hemos hablado en reiteradas ocasiones sin embargo es un problema tan importante en el DIA a día de la gestión empresarial que todos los consejos son pocos. Es decir, a mayor cantidad de servicios producidos, con menos recursos utilizados, hablaríamos de un trabajo productivo…pero si es tan sencillo ¿por qué causa tanta controversia? La causa principal deviene del significado de trabajo y de lo que es productivo ya que ha variado a lo largo de la historia.
